Winslow & District Community Bus

The Winslow and District Community Bus aims to provide safe, flexible and affordable transport to any voluntary, caring and charitable groups and individuals throughout Winslow and the surrounding area.

On this website you can find information on days out and trips to the theatre in the Winslow & District Community Bus, together with timetables of regular services to the surrounding area.

The Winslow and District Community Bus is a Mercedes Sprinter.

The bus has served the town of Winslow and neighbouring Villages for over 20 years, and is run by a Committee consisting of 6 Trustees drawn from the local community, and a part time Coordinator.

It is driven by volunteers, and full MiDAS training is given to all drivers.

At present the bus runs five scheduled services, the timetables for which can be found on the website.

We also run our own excursions every year, which include theatre trips, shopping trips, visits to stately homes, garden centres, the seaside and many other places of interest. These trips are open to all, but places must be booked in advance.

The bus is also available to non-profit making community groups from the Winslow area.

Passengers are not to travel on the bus if they or any member of their household are displaying any signs of the COVID-19 virus.
